Yeah! Day 8 closer to my 40 day goal, hope everyone is doing well. I woke up today feeling really good and energized and excited about the day. I have to say doing this fast is also very empowering, I feel if i can stop the flesh from telling me to eat things that are hurting my body I can do anything. only 32 more days to go.

Good luck all to a wonderful day of fasting our weight and ailments away.
