Actually, I have no particular goal in mind. I will stop when my body feels ready to stop and wants food again.

I am not aware of any controversy regarding The Master Cleanser , so can not speak intelligently to that issue.

I'm actually following the book very closely. I do the salt water flush first thing in the morning, have about 6 glasses of the Master-Cleanse every day, and do the laxative tea last thing at night. I generally drink about 96 oz. of water a day too. And that's it!
