This is the second day of my water fast. It will be long term until I get hungry or I have such a severe detox I can no longer handle it.
I have done 23 Water Fast as the longest but really felt good during that time and wanted to do 30 days but got a abscessed tooth but since then found out that was detoxing and now wished I had held off since tooth was removed because cracked think that is why it was hurting.
I feel kind of fuzzy headed and have dropped several items today but that is my normal.
I have seen a couple more on the board that are doing one and I encourage you to continue as well.
I am doing my for my physical health as well as mental peace that I am looking from our Creator.
symptoms are fuzzy thinking, dry mouth, itching under tongue and sneezing with some nasal discharge that went away. Body pain has lessened to a greater degree which was severe. Taking immune suppressing medicine and it will be time for a shot beginning of next month which I am hold off till after the fast.
Psoriatic Arthritis with severe allergies along with hives and candida in my throat and on my body from all kinds of foods that weren't there before.
Will try to do a daily update especially with symptoms because hearing others has helped me along the way tremendously.
