thanks for joining me in this fast .. this is my second day of my 30 day only water fasting. I'm doing this to eliminate my high blood pressure and diabetic state. For my conditions, I know more than a 100% that diet was the cause. I got diagnosed with high blood pressure at 24 years old and diabetes at 29, this is after i made the move to the US. Diabetes doesn't run in my family at all. So this is an attempt to reset my body back to how it was and follow a healthy organic vegan lifestyle from now on.

How long are you going to be fasting for ? is it for your health as well ?

Let's do this !!!!!
