Hang in there you can do it. I too started fasting today. I plan to fast till I get hungry after the first week. So I don't go into starvation but that is highly unlikely since weigh over 250 now. Mine is both spiritual and physical. I will try to follow you but I am new to the boards so hope I can navigate it enough to get back with you
