What I'm going through with detox I would never recommend it to a pregnant woman who is Iodine deficient.

The Depression alone from detox could trigger a miscarriage.

I would say wait until the pregnancy is over, but if it is a must then maybe a very low dosage after all the companion supplements are used for weeks, and even then I don't know.
