THANK YOU SO MUCH ARCHUS, I would love to keep people updated on my fasting journey to heal myself of diabetes type 2 and high blood pressure. I'll definitely come on here every day to update ... Today is day 1 of my 30 day water fast, I've done a 6 day water only fast but broke it because I was socializing but now I'm determined to do 30 day to heal my conditions once and for all.

My fasting blood glucose today was 153 which is not good. My blood pressure was 149/83. I will keep you guys updated as I'm on this journey till the 30th day
Happy fasting to all those being on the same journey right now.

Thanks again archus , I hope you will be on here for 30 days hahaha , having someone to talk to will be a great encouragement to carry on.
