war is peace. hate is love. Iodine causes cretinism.

the danger of Iodine in pregancy is detox. displaced fluoride can go anywhere, even to the brain and the placenta. it also brings any friends it might make along the way like mercury and lead.

maybe ben could have a talk with dr brownstein who recommends 25mg per day for pregnant women. he knows this level will not produce a huge wave of detox when strictly maintained.

if i were to get pregnant i would stay at whatever level of supplementation i was at or lower. if i wasnt taking any i would go with dr brownsteins 25mg.

as the popularity of Iodine continues to grow we will see more bull like this guy.
