Like I posted above--get olive oil, just a little drop and put it on your bottom eye lid. It should help stabilize things while you get this figured out. I'm guessing it might be some kind of allergic reaction. Watch what's around you when you notice the eye weirdness, or think about where you've been. Often you can develop allergies out of the blue and they can be to the weirdest things--fabric, soap residue, pets (sometimes even just petting one--you don't need to own one), hair spray, something you've touched and then rubbed your eyes, anything can really--so that's where I'd start before getting all caught up in a 'remedies' focus--and if you discover what, a lot of times a good Liver Flush can help, too.
Anyway, good luck. It probably will take a bit of investigation on your part. It is probably been around for sometime. Just my thoughts on it. :)
