Good idea!
One of the reasons folk wait longer between Clark-type cleanses is that it takes time to build up choline levels for producing bile, which is what you flush out of the body each time you liver flush.

Using Epsom Salts also changes the balance of electrolytes in the body, and that also requires recovery time.

There is choline in coffee!

And a lon lot more in chicory root tea.
No wonder it's known as a liver tonic. ;)
