Hey everyone,

I plan to do multiple Water Fasts all the way until the 27th of October with. Each fast will be three days and have a two day rest period.

I am not fasting for a diet, but for personal reasons. Any advice on breaking the fast during the 2 day rest periods? Help on surviving the month?

I have done a 4 day fast before; just to try it out.
