Yes, I would take the DE anyways. Supposedly the headquarters are always in the intestines and DE is absolutely non-toxic.

Raw garlic works systemic, that means all over the body.

If you can do it socially you should really take a lot.

If you cannot find lightly ozonated olive oil you can also buy fully ozonated olive oil and just take very little.
