Is there a test out there that will actually give you a value for HM such as mercury and copper?

my ARL test results indicates I have "hidden copper toxicity" but my copper levels on HTMA are actually low while zinc is at good level. having AF, it makes sense that I may be copper toxic and when I take zinc, I feel horrible. the results don't show anything regarding mercury either

But I'd like to know wether I should focus on copper detox or mercury detox...still have Amalgams though.

I would like to actually see concrete values of mercury and copper...for all i know I could be copper deficient
