Ok I am new to this water fasting, but i am sick of being overweight and having aches and pains at only 37 so I have decided to water fast. I would like to do the full 40 days so that i can not only lose weight but to get a better relationship with God, and to basically reboot my system. I actually started on monday sept. 21st so on my 3rd day and all i can say is i am struggling it would be great to have a buddy who can keep me motivated and where i can do the same.
