I will take the 80gms extra a day of fat because some worms are in fatty tissue.

I'm back in school now so I don't have the time to use my zapper like I want to. I normally use 100mg Iodine to take care of dieoff when I'm detoxing, but ICU said not to use anything else. I have a sauna I use also when I do my Iodine heavy metal chelation detoxing. When I take the Iodine I can see the poisons come into my skin and even produce bromide bumps. I just go into the sauna for an hour or so and my skin clears right up.

If you see a reason I shouldn't use my sauna and iodine please let me know, they HELP with dieoff. Actually I don't feel any dieoff when I take the iodine, only when I don't take it. When I first started zapping I had horrible dieoff, but I remembered the iodine and took it...dieoff symptoms went down to zero.

I'm going to have to wait until school is out to do this because I can't have my skin turning purple or anything like your friend's did. I hope they are ok now. People would probably give me a wide berth when getting near me if my skin turned purple, or think I had AIDS or something.
