I'm with happy---the best of luck with your MD. Unfortunately I've found even the doctors with the best intentions are often fooled by big pharm's false information.

I personally found I just needed to not assume anything about my condition no matter what even holistic doctors told me, and start at the beginning. Right back to examining my symptoms again, do some of my own research--the truth is still out on line somewhere usually-- and keep trying things until something worked. A good clue, as happy's found, is look for what the trolls are most vehemently protesting and attacking folks for--that is the direction you'll probably want to head. :)
