Yeah, they really do. Thanks for the silica idea, I'm taking it at the moment so hopefully it will have a good effect. I just started up with it again about 2 weeks ago. I'll search the forum for silica posts and have a read.

I'm going to try taking my temperature in bed on waking, to get consistent conditions for a daily comparison. Localised metabolim increase sounds reasonable.
