This one is easy. First of all you already have so many positives and you know that in your heart, so I would go by that.

Second, eastern cultures have this idea about healthy looking people and that is fat people. My friend and his brother went to India to see their family and older brother was chubby and younger was skinny. All family members told the younger brother that he was sick and put the older one on a pedestal.
My friend was so upset that girls went after the older brother, who really was ill.

So I would not even waste one breath over this.

I think if you feel good and look good it does not matter what others say.
