A quote on ivermectin for strongyloides from the CDC (cdc.gov)

"Ivermectin, 200 µg/kg per day orally until stool and/or sputum exams are negative for 2 weeks.

For patients unable to tolerate oral therapy, such as those with ileus, obstruction, or known or suspected malabsorption, published case reports have demonstrated efficacy with rectal administration."

Hanko, I believe rectal administration bypasses the liver and would not harm the small intestines. It is highly effective.

If you have strongyloides, you must kill them off before your bowels can heal. It took me several months (maybe 6 months).

Colostrum is reported to be very good. I also recommend chicken and beef broth that is simmered with the bones for approx. 6 hours until the liquid becomes a jell. This gelatin is known to "seal and heal".
