Hello! I have just started oil pulling (not quite a week ago). I have been getting headaches for the past three days (do you think they will go away soon) and just yesterday, I noticed my mouth is hurting, mainly by the sides...at first I thought perhaps I was starting to get a cold sore, but I don't see anything. I was wondering if this could be caused by the oil pulling (I am using organic coconut oil). Should I continue with the pulling? Will the benefits out way the negatives? Thanks in advance for any helpful comments!
