one thing i can foresee, since you mention cancer rates going up is the rise of leukemia (is caused by radiation)- i believe its been 3 years since Fukushima and symptoms of leukemia starts to show in 5 to 10 years time...people will be dropping like flies in 2 to 7 years...
all the dead animals washed up shore from the pacific has been tested positive for leukemia-
you can skin paint or take Lugol's Iodine w/ Selenium 200mg to remove radiation from your body...

Also, all the so-called ebola cases in Africa has the same symptoms of nuclear waste poisoning- Germany has buried all their nuclear waste in Africa for the past 50 years and now people are starting to show symptoms- but the media never tells the truth and tell us bits and pieces after the fact...so, that is why is crucial to be able to discern with a clear mind and be able to listen to our intuition/hearts b/c everyone needs to have the ability to safeguard their mind and bodies...and to be able to think w/o all the mind control waves is to make lots of orgone and cloudbuster- yeah, it sounds weird at first but it works...there is technology that controls everyone's minds with mind altering frequency such as cell-phone towers and harrp...
