Great info! I have definitely been drinking cold water due to the weather. The 32 oz pop and chips were what made me start my fast. I'm usually a healthy vegan but I had a horrible day and resorted to junk therapy. I'm thinking it's a bile issue. I'll start another fast in November. This time I'll make sure there's no crap in the tank before I start.
