they are rope worms or tape worms i swear ! :( and red liver flukes.... i don't eat anything that looks like that!!!! my small intestine is in such bad shape. I've been eating just cooked veggies and fats for the past couple of days so that i can do a Liver Flush today, but i accidentally had some coconut oil that was on leftover veggies. but it was only a few bites. so i don't know if i should still do the flush. and my mom wants me to stop flushing because she doesn't like how tired i get during them.
but i want to do them so i can give my small intestine a good scrub... and i already did the pre flush diet so... might as well... but again i don't know if eating the small amount of oil changes things?!?!
what came out in the enemas was also kale.... i cannot digest raw veggies at all!
