Yes when I felt the flu like symptoms I took Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C just one gram, and it helped a lot. I couldn't take those large Vitamin C a sorbic acid capsules 3 a day, but it was okay because Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C is more bio-available, or absorbs in the stomach better since its a gel. It's just terribly expensive, and I never learned to make my own.

Thanks for recommending zinc, I forgot about that I have a full bottle zinc picolinate just sitting here. I always feel drained and lifeless at the end of the day from detox I suppose, and I'm guessing my adrenals aren't getting enough zinc. My magnesium oil is on the way from amazon, which will increase my chloride intake as well so hope I get better.
