What I really need to figure out here is if I truly did kill my adrenals with the Iodine or if I should go for the kill with 100 mg of lugols.

Ive been sitting back here with a bunch of supplements and kidney detox tea waiting for something to happen but it just isn't. I tried to get things moving again with 100 mg of KI, but I had no effect other then pissing a little bit more.
