The cayenne caps are not a good idea and not the best way to get the best healing and cleansing properties from the cayenne. Read the FAQs. Many folks may have gone through some bad symptoms caused by the caps not breaking open till they're inside the intestine or colon or simply just breaking all at once and realsing all the heat and making folks feel ill. We had a poster a while back where it didn't break till it was in his colon "burning his butt off"
