Be aware that on starting borax (the 20-mule-team laundry detergent version) there can be dry skin and light headaches.

Taking magnesium and Seasalt with it is very beneficial / counteracts the feeling of driness. It takes 20 hours for borax to clear the body, and drinking plenty of water will speed pushing it out if you feel like you need to.


Some folk prefer using borax (sold as a laundry detergent, which is 20 mule-team borax in the US stores), which is sodium borate. Some folk use Tri-boron or a supplement of boron-chelate (the supplements are more expensive, and you must take higher doses of the capsules to achieve similar effects).
