I was a vegan chef once upon a time before the dawn of the internet:) This was before the invention of raw food chefs, too bad. Wish I knew then what I now!

I am celebrating today because I am healed from RAW FOOD again, ala 80-10-10 style diet. I have zero Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome symptoms and have gotten a huge momentum in healing the last two months. My weight is coming off nicely again, I can exercise, and I am sleeping great. I look like a new person.

AND I suffer no Depression or bad moods, no anxiety, no insomnia anymore, my digestion is amazing again, so happy:)

The castor oil is one of the things that got me over the hump.

After reading what Max Gerson said about Castor oil, I am now so excited to have stumbled on it as a remedy. It's been awesome for me.

I know this upsets some people around here, but I just can't help but share what has worked for me...isn't that what CZ is for?
