Yep, I thought of putting the gum spirits into a capsule as well. i haven't tried it yet but I thought it might eat through the gel cap quickly.

If it does, A solution for that is to pack the large part of the capsule with bread and put drops onto that.

There is 20 drops in a ml. 5mls in a teaspoon. So you would need to put 20 drops into 5 capsules for the daily dose.

This may not be necessary. I haven't seen if the gum turps eats the cap quickly.
