Aside from inhaler to soothe my breathing when asthma attacks i also do steaming with vicks, at night i turn on our humidifier overnight and it gives me a relief.. just recently we bought this Aroma diffuser and it gives the feeling of relief also esp if you put a few drop of essential oil. When you have asthma you don't always have to take meds to cure it, home remedies is enough and just know how to manage your breathing helps a lot.
