Thank you for your replies.

I do not even remeber when I took any medications, may be 30 years ago. My parents always used home remedies. I eat raw vegan foods with occassional cooked foods.

Tomatoes are definitely my problem after a fast. Everytime I had gout after a fast I had tomatoes. I eat lemons everyday so I do not know if that is an issue, but will stay away from that for now. I also had been taught by my parents about nightshade, but I have ignored that in my adult life.

I did clean my colon with Vitamin C flush and did very well with my fast, I just did not do well with post fast feeding.

I love those meridian charts. It makes sense to me now.

I was planning a Liver-Flush anyway, which I will do asap.

I will look in to Arnica gel and NA-K Bicarbonate. I have mineral concentrates I can mix with baking soda.
