Hi guys, I have been taking turmeric powder for either week or few days,not sure. The dosage was 2 teaspoons in water,with 2 cod liver pills, 2 times a day. Yesterday I had intense stomach pain, i am not sure if it was due to pizza that I had (it may have had something bad) or something else. Today I still had stomach pain,but much weaker. Today however I read about turmeric causing stomach ulcers. Have I causes them,or just I upset my stomach? Hopefully not.
Are doses I took safe? Thanks a lot.
