Interesting tidbit. It makes sense. I must say that I did forget to post that at that time I was also not urinating, so my body cells were absorbing all the water I drank.

It was a good experience for me. I am hoping to do 5 days next time. Now, I am back to my fruits and veggies.

I have one more question. I have gout like symptoms after I started eating, why is this happening after a nice cleanse. I eat raw foods so there has to be something to do with the fast.

Time for some research.
