I have a tendon rupture from cipro and it is awful painful. Have not had the surgery but have been in awful pain for 2 months. The thing that helps me the most is Qist al Hindi which is a prophetic medicine. Also you just have to adapt to a different lifestyle. I spend lots of time in bed. I do use hot compresses with black seed oil or sesame oil.

I read today that people with blood type O also have tendon ruptures. It is emotionally draining and I had 2 strokes in May.

I lost my work, lost my life in many ways. I also suggest probiotics, Omega 3-6-9 and vitamin D3. The love of my cats has gotten me thru this.
