reintroduce minerals into your body by Himalayan salts in your diet
boil a whole organic chicken w/o skin for at least 5 hours- keep adding water as the water evaporates with 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, 4 heads of garlic, and 3 red onions (add 2 heads of garlic in the last hour)...the minerals from the bones makes a mineral rich broth and eat all the white cartilage...also, you can make ormus oil - will pm you the details
