NO that was great, I understand all that you are saying.

Only reason I mentioned magnesium (and I hate focusing on just one nutrient cause the body doesn't work that way) is because I kept up with the coffee enemas and only started getting some relief when I started taking Epsom Salt baths RIGHT before hand.

The baths are said to dilate the bile ducts, similar to when ingested orally. This is really really good news for people like us and it's really helping me to up my game.

I'm on humaworm and today I passed a bunch of wormy like things from the liver during the CE. They were dark green so that helps me to know they're from the liver. I felt a lot better in the liver area afterward.

AND I feel like a new person to boot...
