I eat regularly and drink 8 cups of OJ with with whole lemon...I know all detox symptoms is painful but you must overcome the pain b/c when I speak to old people in my neighborhood (65 or older)- they are always saying they had 8 or more surgeries and need to go get another surgery usually cutting out a piece of their intestine...
