Day three has been tough as well, very low energy, stomach ache and tacky mouth. It's hard to talk. I have been using a combo of peppermint and fennel essential oils and it really helps the stomach dicomfert, and give me a little energy boost. I have been very introspective. Eating thing that help ,e focas on my spirituality. I keep thing about breaking the dry fast early, but I really don't want to. Praying for strength and the ability to really listen to my body's boundries.
