It's a good point for all reading.

Does the allopathic definition really apply, and is it really what they say it is? Is the body really turning on itself? And are these named conditions truly diseases or a set of symptoms that relate to a certain amount of congestion, toxicity, deficiency or infection of some pathogen in the body?

Defining auto immune disease brings up more questions than answers, hence the dilemma the OP expressed and why curezone is a popular place to research self healing modalities.

Because no one agrees or has proven what they are, I do have my own beliefs on the subject, of course.

Especially since I have been labelled with several of them and have seen those close to me die of them, and have had success reversing their chronic nature in the past through diet and other lifestyle choices.
