I agree with Climber...use your own judgement on what works. I switch it around too. I feel my energy coming back..how I used to be. After 6 months, I take the meds, herbs, coffee enemas and zapping-still. Last week, I ended up passing a handful of shredded dead skin of a or several parasites. Still blows my mind..how big was that one? And yes, I would have started the meds first, then the herbs as back up or in addition to.
