Best way if you are worried about mineral imbalances is to take it as pure l-ascorbic acid powder in water in a dilute solution.

Drink through a straw to minimise exposure of teeth to the acid, and then rinse with dilute solution of bicarbonate of soda, to neutralise (or alkalise) the mouth.

Then you could, say, balance your sodium chloride intake (in salt) with pure potassium chloride, if you were still concerned, trying to allow for sodium and potassium content of your foods.

Keep an eye on blood pressure and how you feel.
