Pau d'Arco, monolaurin, olive leaf extract, and caprylic acid. I am only listing natural antifungals here. I also very much like nystatin and diflucan which are synthetic but only when taken by mouth for no more than 90 days. I know a lot of people who say that their candida quickly became resistant to these drugs but that was not my experience at all. I always had die-off when using these drugs. But since so many people act terrified about using them, I normally leave them off my list. It is a personal thing that each person needs to answer for themselves.
