If I were to start over again with candida I would address the biofilms first with enzymes to make candida available to my immune system and antifungals. Without doing that you really cant get rid of candida. Also opening up biofilms will cause the body to release heavy metals too at the same time. The body doesn't detox metals until infections are under control because infections are number 1 priority. If you were to get rid of your infections the body would remove most of the heavy metals on its own.

You also might want to beef up the immune system too with colostrum, buffered vitamin C(this is the real form of vitamin C) propolis(2grams a day to boost White cell count), and methylation supplementation. Whey protein is used to make glutathione which also is part of the immune system.

So basically, immune system along with removing biofilms is a good place to start if your going to spend money on supplements. Just spending cash on antifungals and not addressing biofilms and the immune system will cause all the infections to come right back after the antimicrobials have been used. Just my two cents.
