Does anyone know where Vitamin K2 gets absorbed in the intestinal tract?

The pain I have is around my belly button so I think in the 2nd or 3rd part of the small intestine. I always had some minor gut complaints so maybe the vitamin K2 is not getting absorbed properly?

But still that would take only 1 or 2 days. Not 3-4 days. Maybe too much calcium is being moved out? God knows but there is a reaction happening and I dont know how to recover from it.

The ONLY relief I get is when I have
1. a bowel movement

or

2. pass wind/gas

could someone chime in on this?
