My diet isnt really high in Calcium

Either way I have just been feeling colder. Could it be possible K2 has a relationship with your Thyroid and Iodine? Ive also been having dry skin and cold hands/feet. My bowels are not completely emptied.

Possibly its affecting my thyroid. Is K2 affecting vitamin E status and thyroid hormones?

I noticed brown/orange pee too. Is K2 assisting with bromide detox and how/why
