give other people benefit of the doubt.
Just because other people have different experience, it does not mean they lie. It may just mean they have different experience than yours.

When people suggest to go on no-sugar diet, they usually make those suggestions based on their own experience.
When you suggest that it is not necessary to go on 100% sugar-free diet, you are talking from your own experience.

I do not think that you are lying by sharing your own experience.
I do not think that they are lying by sharing their own experience.
I just think that you have different experience, thanks to the fact that you are living inside different body.


People are different. It is allowed to have different experience, and just because we have different experience, we don't have to call other people liers.


Every person is a unique individual ... one and only. usually different from other people.

Accept the people like they are. It is OK to be different.
Just my 2 cents.
