I am now a few hours away from completing my 4th day. I woke up from a nap with slight chest pain radiating to my left hand. My thorat is very dry. I gargled with water but did not drink the water, spat it out.

That felt very good, but throat is dry. Gargled again, still dry.

I think it is a sign to end. I am, though, feeling good. I walked for half an hour and the chest did not bother me.

I will brake it with a sip of distilled water. If the dryness does not go away I will drink two sips after a few hours.

Any insights will be appreciated.
