Yes overworked adrenal glands throw the thyroid off big time. Candida is known to tire the endocrine glands because of the inflammation it causes.

Theres a lot of protocols out there and it really depends on how serious your case is.. If you used Antibiotics for strep/ear infections when you were younger or if you used Antibiotics for Acne then you might need to address biofilms in the gut.
