Thank you very much for your reply to my question Archus, very much appreciated.

I stopped caring about weight loss and just let the time pass, will use a scale a day or two before I decide to break the fast. The rash has indeed got better, thanks for explaining what could be the cause.

Is it normal for the Psoriasis to get worse ? Does it get worse before it gets better because of all the detox going on in the body ? I am asking this since it was kind of gone the last couple of days, and this morning I looked into the mirror and it was back on my forehead just like before and now I do not know what to expect.
