I am on dry fast, 2 days in. I do not know how far I will go because I take one day at a time. But can be a good support to you and can use some too.

I have done many fasts with water only. How about you? What are you hoping to accomplish. I am ten lbs over weight so if I lose that my ch it would be great.

I already lost 4 lbs in two days. I also feel good not big symptoms.
